- 2 court bookings per week (50% off)
Cancellations and No Shows
Less than 12 hours cancellation or a no show there will be a $20 penalty per person.
Players names must be entered minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Member must be playing in reservation.
Booking abuse may result in penalties.
-listing false/or incomplete names
-exceeding booking limits
-repeatedly booking then cancelling to block slots
-no shows
Weekly audits will be performed.
Terms and Conditions
By joining PC74 you acknowledge and agree to the following:
-membership rates, offerings and policies are subject to change without notice
-we reserve the right to adjust schedules, pricing or benefits as needed
Tournaments and Private Events
There will be times when PC74 will be unavailable due to Tournaments, Leagues and Private Bookings.
We will post closures in advance.
*Please Note - Memberships will not necessarily be first come, first serve. Our goal is to create a balanced and enjoyable environment for all members. Selection may consider:

Cancellation Policy
Court Reservations
Non Members/Guests require 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy for court reservations. If cancelled within the 24 hour notice you will receive a credit to your account. No credits will be given if canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice, however you are welcome to find a replacement. If someone is waitlisted for your court time then they should be given priority to assume your booking, if no one is waitlisted then you can try to find a replacement.
Look under “My Reservations” in COURT RESERVE, find the date and time, click on it, and “Cancel Reservation” will be one of your options.
For Clinics there is a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. If canceled with 24 hours notice you will receive a refund to the credit card used to book. No credits will be given if canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice and no replacement person can be found.
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days.
*In order to edit and change your court reservation, with more than 24 hours notice, in COURT RESERVE – go to My Reservations in the app, click on your reservation, and you can edit the date and the time from there!
Age Restrictions
Anyone under the age of 18 years old must have parental permission and have someone over the age of 25 years on-site to use the facility.
Minors/children are not allowed to be left unattended or unsupervised at any time.
Code of Ethics
Respect
- for every person regardless of physical characteristics, athletic ability, age, colour, ethnic origin, disability, gender identity or sexual orientation
- avoiding public criticism of athletes, coaches, officials, organizers, volunteers, employees, or members
- demonstrating sportsmanship, leadership, and ethical conduct
- ensuring adherence to the rules of Pickleball
- respect the property of Paddle Court 74 and your fellow pickleballers
Refrain from
- consuming alcohol, tobacco products, vapes or recreational drugs
- abusive or intimidating language and behavior
- any form of harassment, including sexual harassment
- the use of profane, insulting, or otherwise offensive language
Conduct & Behaviour
- although we want everyone to have fun, players must play by the rules of the game and encourage others to do the same
This is mandatory for all Paddle Club 74 programs, clinics and tournaments. Private courts have more flexibility.

*Violations of this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, not limited to warnings, suspension or expulsion or police involvement.
**Paddle Club 74 may, and in its sole discretion, modify Policies and Rules without notice. It's your responsibility to know and follow the most current Policies and Rules.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Paddle Club 74 collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of Court Reserve. This privacy policy applies to all services offered by Paddle Club 74.
Consent
By providing us with Personal Information, we will deem you to understand this Privacy Policy, and we will deem you to consent to our collection, use and sharing of such Personal Information for the purposes identified or described in this Privacy Policy.
You may withdraw your consent at any time; however we may not then be able to provide you with our full range of services. We will advise you when you withdraw your consent of the impact that will have on what we are able to provide.
Personal Identification Information
Personal information is information about you as an individual and includes information that identifies you and that can be used to contact you. This includes such information as your name, birth date, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, banking information, credit card number, and the like. It may also include information about your health, if you have communicated these to us. We also collect data about the services that you purchase from us, the frequency of your visits to our club and about the specific equipment, classes and services that you take advantage of.
Emails
We may use the email address to send User information.It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.
Video Surveillance
We use video surveillance at our facilities, in/outdoor to protect the rights, property and safety of Paddle Club 74, our employees, users and others. In the event of accident, theft or other incident, we may use and share information related to the incident as required for investigative, operational, insurance, legal or other necessary purposes. Private areas, including washroom/change rooms are not under Video Surveillance. Cameras are located at the main entrance/parking lot area outside, and inside monitoring the court areas.
Contact
Paddle Club 74 may record your information in order to address concerns or issues in the appropriate manner. When you contact us, including (without limitation) by post, telephone, email, SMS, through our Website or App or through social media, we collect the information that you disclose to us. This may include details such as your name, address, telephone, fax, email and phone number, as well as your questions, inquiries, comments, complaints or requests. If you correspond with us through any media, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Sharing of Personal Information
Paddle Club 74 contracts with trusted companies to act on our behalf to fulfill certain functions. We may use third party service providers to process or handle personal information on our behalf and to assist us with various services such as reservations, data processing, printing, mail distribution and marketing. Some of our service providers are located outside of Canada. As a result, your personal information may be accessible to regulatory authorities in accordance with the law of these jurisdictions. We will take steps to ensure that such parties adhere to our policy with respect to the protection of your personal information.
Except as set out in this policy or as required or permitted by law, Paddle Club 74 will not sell or disclose any of your personal information to any other organization without first obtaining your consent. Paddle Club 74may, however, disclose information in the following cases:

Paddle Club 74 strives to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your Personal Information. You may ask us to delete or correct information contained in your file. Paddle Club 74 will keep your Personal Information for as long as it remains necessary for the identified purposes or as required by law, or in accordance with our retention schedules, which may extend beyond the termination of our relationship with you.
